Designer Rakel Keden created Urbana Vintage, a luxury ethical fashion label, were the operating principle behind the label is simple, reusing deconstructs second-hand clothing and re-works it into new, unique garments. Their signature men's and women's lines are produced from recycled suits, dresses, shirts, coats and wools and customize with elaborate crochet trims and details.
No two garments are the same - they can be cut from the same pattern but the materials will always be different. The Designer recycle as much waste as possible. Rakel Keden offers a wardrobe make over service for clients to bring in favorite garments that are out-of-date or damaged, to be re-worked into a new made-to-measure designer creation. In terms of changes in the fashion market the beauty and style off the peaces was quickly noticed by buyer.
